AXIS#.PROFINET.SENSORRESLINEAR
Description
This command sets the resolution of the G1_XIST1 and G1_XIST2 sensor positions when using linear feedback. If set to 0 the resolution is 220 counts per motor pole pitch. Any non-zero value sets the resolution in nanometers per count.
